I’m Jennifer, the owner of The Vacation Host & Company LLC.

My passion for hospitality began in 2010 when I started my career in the cruise industry. I went to earn a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management in 2019, which provided a strong foundation for my journey in the vibrant hospitality industry.

Since 2019 I served in Marketing & Communications Manager at the luxurious Mandarin Oriental, Canouan, a stunning resort in the Caribbean managed by the renowned Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group. This role allowed me to hone skills in delivering exceptional guest experiences and managing high-end hospitality operations.

In 2023 I made the decision to step away from my 9-to-5 corporate career. During this break, an exciting opportunity arose to manage an Airbnb property in southwest Florida. Alongside my husband, we have served as co-hosts to this property since late 2023, successfully getting it up and running. This experience revealed how transferable my skills are to the vacation rental industry and ignited a new passion for helping other hosts.

Drawing my extensive background in hospitality and my newfound enthusiasm for vacation rental management, I established The Vacation Host & Company LLC.
